The transaction will appear on your bank statement as "CHARLES STANLEY DIRECT". Transactions made by some debit cards may take up to 3 working days to appear on online banking.
Please note that your available balance will be updated as soon as possible; usually within five minutes for investment accounts during business hours (or by 9.30am the next working day when outside business hours), and within one working day for ISA and SIPP accounts, as these are subject to additional eligibility checks.
